Former Deputy Minister of Information, Felix Ofosu Kwakye has debunked reports that the two billion agreement between the government of Ghana and China is a barter trade and not loan by the NPP administration.
In an interview with Akwasi Aboagye on Neat FM yesterday, Mr Ofosu Kwakye stated that President Akufo-Addo's government are not being truthful to Ghanaians as they misleading us with false interpretation of the two billion China deal.
